When it comes to decanting why not let form and function be your guide. The simple but elegant vessel's main act is to allow the wine to be exposed to air. The full body of this decanter allows a large surface area of wine to be exposed creating a _____ decanting.
All my works are crafted by me in a hot glass studio in Calgary, Alberta. They begin as clear molten glass kept at 2100ºF in a special furnace, then a transparent coloured glass is applied and melted in. These decanters are approximately 12" in diameter.
Each decanter is unique and there may me slight variations in the form and spout. Please note that since each decanter is unique, the decanter will come from the same color batch as in the picture, however, the decanter you receive may have a slight variation to it.
